Specification
All protectors are made in the UK and are a steel based sleeve with a clear perspex slide cover. The cable with the protector is a flat (non-curly & non-tension cable) that is 1.2 metre in length, 12mm in diameter. The locking mechanism system is an innovative leap in design, introducing significant features and benefits over existing locking systems and cylinders. It is the worlds first spring-free patented locking system and cylinder. No more jammed locks! Provided with two keys.
For cars with a wide gap between the steering wheel and dashboard, an additional 1.2 metre cable can be purchased.
This Protector enables the new Blue Badge with the Integrated plastic clock to fit in as a whole.
Excellent purchase
Ge really Generally good but the lead to connect to the steering wheel has been quite inflexible to attach to the steering wheel due to being cold and new. The lead seemed to soften when it was inside the house.

Having been advised by my local MP of the rise in the thefts of Blue Basges, and the subsequent damage to the car, he recommended Blue Badge Protector. I have the new, integrated badge and clock, so needed the larger frame. On receipt, my initial thoughts were that is was quite heavy and bulky. but this is a very positive thing, as it certainly looks fit for purpose. In use. it is very easy to set the clock, and secure the whole thing to the steering wheel. my only, very slightly, negative comment, which may just be down to the dash layout on my car, is that, for me, it would be a little bit more convenient to be able to insert the badge the other way up. This is just a very minor nic-pit! Full praise to Phil and the team at Blue Badge Protector for the product and keeping me informed as to the progress of my order.

Good morning Just received the parcel . Hats off for Phil who has been all the way replied to all my emails .I had been very stressed about it and the first time it was lost and I was offered a discount to repurchase it . The second time, the envelope was delivered but it was empty and it was stolen . This is when I didn’t know what to do and Phil solved the problem and through emails Phil had let me know his manager authorised as a goodwill gesture. However today we received it there was attempt of stealing it again but they couldn’t as the cello tape is very strong so they couldn’t. Thanks Phil specially for all your hard work and the customer service team . I have taken pictures of the parcel how they attempt to open it again . Thanks Phil

I feel a lot safer having the protector, I did find using it a bit awkward at first, but now I have got used to it, find it easy to use. I also feel a lot safer when using my blue badge as I know it is secure and makes my car windows less likely to be broken to steel it.
